Undeliverable packages: Refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery will be returned to jane iredale and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

Some international packages may be subject to a customs charge. Any customs charge is determined by the country to which the package is shipped, not by jane iredale. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We offer a 100% color match guarantee. If you ordered the incorrect color, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to replace it with a more appropriate choice.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of jane iredale.

Follow the steps below to return or exchange the item(s):

Print It
Print the label from your email.

Pack It
Pack items into a box and include your return authorization number. Seal the box and affix the pre-paid label to the outside.

Take the package to any USPS pick up or drop off location.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.

Please note that all returns must be sent to our online team at jane iredale and not your local jane iredale retailer. Any items returned to your local retailer cannot be accepted.

Yes, all points expire after twelve months if there’s been no further purchase activity. While you may have earned points for other activities, you must have purchased from janeiredale.com within twelve months to keep your points.

Here’s the best part! It’s simple, to redeem your points:

1. Log into your account at janeiredale.com, click on My Beauty Rewards Dashboard, then select Manage Rewards to view eligible rewards.
2. Select the “Claim Reward” button to receive your coupon code.
3. Enter your coupon code in the [Gift Card and Coupon] box at checkout.  Or, select one of the coupons at checkout and the reward will be automatically applied.  Your coupons can be redeemed on your purchase of $25 or more.
